Kate completed her Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Physiotherapy at Auckland University of Technology in 2008. She is a physiotherapist with a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation with experience in a variety of therapy settings within the District Health Board. Between 2011 and 2015 she specialised in community physiotherapy, working with clients with a range of neurological conditions including Parkinsons disease, stroke, brain injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury. Kate enjoys working in partnership with clients, assisting them to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Her interests outside of work include sports, dancing and spending time with her young family.
