Jane completed her Masters degree in Social Work (applied) at Massey University. She began her social work career in 1981 and has a wide experience in social work practice, including care and protection, health, mental health, disability, non government agencies, training and advisory work.
Jane has been working with families and individuals who are affected by injury for four years now and uses a strengths based approach to her work. Jane will assist individuals and their families/whanau with support during difficult times; liaise and coordinate between agencies, access information around financial, emotional and legal issues. Jane is committed to working alongside family/whanau to access community based services and supports.
