WHO WE ARE
We offer physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech language therapy, dietitics, social work and nursing for clients with neurological conditions such as spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, Parkinsons Disease, cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis. Assessment and treatment is community-based, which can include our clinic in Northcote, Auckland.

We achieve results because we have an experienced team of therapists, many with post graduate qualifications. We also promote ongoing learning and development so that the treatment we offer is based on up-to-date scientific theory and research.
HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS?
- We accurately and individually assess each client.
- We ask about the goals and needs of the client.
- We observe and test functional activities to identify limitations of function (assessment).
- We design a flexible training or education programme in response to the client’s goals, needs and resources to optimise functional activities, independence and participation in life roles (treatment).
- We educate the client, family/whanau and/or carer to integrate the training into everyday life.
- We motivate the client and encourage self responsibility in life choices.
- We review and modify training programmes regularly.
